  • Website is super confusing and not mobile friendly at all so I decided to call. Courtney answered, she was not knowledgeable about different facials nor would she divulge pricing to me. She passed me off rudely to Mallory who was annoyed with my questions and said I either needed to book an appointment or stop wasting her time. This place is right by my new condo, I really wanted to become a regular after reading some of these positive yelp reviews but I just can't imagine trusting my skin to a staff that's so uncaring and unapologetically unknowledgeable. Cortney and Mallory even told me different prices for the same treatments. Very unprofessional, very disappointed, and pretty sketchy red flag for management.
