  • This At&t is the closest one to my house and I will now drive to the farther location because of how terrible the customer service is. I have gone into this store several times since I have lived in Henderson and every time it is a nightmare. The people that work there are rude and look at you like you are an idiot. Everyone is completely unprofessional!! One representative was talking to me and checking his Facebook at the same time. I go in for specific reasons and instead of helping me with what i am there for they are looking at other things that are on my plan and telling me that i need to change things. I HATE THIS LOCATION!!! ZERO STARS!!
