  • I think two of McDonald's main creeds is make it fast and get it right. Visit #1: They we're so slow back there that it looks like there was a perpendicular line across the counter. Everyone already ordered, and was simply waiting. I counted 9 people standing left to right across the entire counter. Just waiting. Visit #2: It took 25 minutes to get my food. Actually at around 20 minutes when everyone else got their food and left I asked them where my food was, and apparantly they forgot my order. Suprisingly it still took another 5 more minutes to get me a replacement. The place is modern and new, but not very well cleaned. Overall I don't blame the workers for incompetence. I think management failed here. The place is hectic and the workers don't know what to do to manage it. The location and the new store is why I would kick this to 2 stars.
