  • PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE ANYMORE . I really want to give a negative star but unfortunately it is not possible. Had a couple of washes here when this car wash was new and they were good. Today my new 7 months old car got a car wash from here and all I got is numerous scratches along the door sides and completely over the trunk. Getting scratches over the trunk otherwise is nearly impossible but hogs automatic car wash gave me them instead of my car getting washed/cleaned. Even when we were passing through the car wash system we heard the bump of cleaning rotators over our trunk but being inside we ignored that by saying it must be something else. Once the car got dried fully on reaching home we could see each and every scratch with bare eyes. I'm really disappointed that there is no maintenance at all to the automatic wash machines that they are scratching the car instead of getting dirt away. When the number of cars getting washed at a car wash increases so should the management should do the required necessary maintenance to the automatic car washing machines. .
