rev:text	That's one star too many! The mgr here amber wofford and her assistant mgr jazzy are two of the rudest persons i have ever encountered in a store and were beyond unprofessional. I originally came into the store to pay my bill and buy charger the guy said i qualified for new ph because i had been w/verizon for so long...i said but i would have to sign another two yr contract which i do not want to do...emphasized this!! anyhow i end up dealing with ms. wofford for some reason and they told me the phone would only be 249.00 i asked how come so cheap, don't recall what she said but then spent awhile showing me the gold ph but ordered me a blk???? Went to pick up ph and gave Meghan mine, she broke my otter case opening it and gave me papers to sign...two yr contract that i had said i definitetly wasn't getting into, i then spent 3 hrs in there before leaving after telling her to keep the phone and i didnt like being scammed. Went back to store to-day to get my refund, amber told jazzy to take care of me as she was w/customer, i told amber that because of whatever Meghan j. did my bill had risen..she nastily denied they did anything..very nasty, i guess she didn't like hearing the problem i had with the service or lack thereof... totally different than when she was selling me a ph with a contract i had told them both i didn't want. anyhow Jazzy also made some smart ass remarks to me, i told them i needed to bring back the charger that i now had for a samsung instead of the i ph, went home and brought it back to Jazzy and Meghan who yet again couldn't figure out how to get the r eciept frm the computer....Jazzy insisted that i pay 8% restocking fee, i asked amber if she was really going to charge me she replied to her rather loudly in front of her customer to 'just give her the charger i would love to just get rid of her anyway' quote end quote..really? up untill this time i hadn't even said a word! Jazzy gave me a charger, no box, no receipt now if theres something wrong with it i have no return receipt...how's that work? Anyhow..good place to stay the heck away from!
