  • Just had Wise Mechanical over to service my furnace as part of their Service Plan. Kevin was very thorough, addressed my concerns and explained every thing to me. At the end of the service he came inside and tested all the vents with an electronic device to make sure they were producing the proper amount of heat. He also checked for carbon monoxide with a different electronic device. Never had that done before when having my furnace serviced. Nice added touch. Can't go wrong with Wise.
