  • From beginning to end - Wonderful Experience! I spent hours looking at over 6,667 wedding dresses online and visited two other bridal salons, before finding the perfect dress at Kaira's. I loved their extensive collection of gowns, gorgeous styles, and friendly customer service. The other salons I visited in the Phoenix area, gave off a snooty vibe, allowed me exactly one hour to try on gowns, and/or limited the number of the gowns I could try on. Definitely not the case at Kaira's! I could try on as many dresses as I wanted without feeling pressured for time or to buy. And the experienced Bridal Consultants there, offered me styles and input on gowns that would compliment by figure at it's best. Throughout the process Kaira's went above and beyond to keep me informed on the status of my dress, and were so kind to answer my many questions. Every time I called the store, they were always so pleasant, patient, honest, and helpful. I also ordered my second round of bridesmaid dresses here, after a first failure elsewhere and they again, went out of their way to help me as I was nearing the deadline to order the dresses in time for my wedding. And yes!!! The bridesmaid dresses arrived in time, and looked gorgeous on my girls! When my wedding gown arrived, I was so happy, however had a picture in my mind as to how I wanted to make my dress unique for me. No problem, thanks to Maria! I wanted to have the dress taken in to give me more of an hourglass, movie star look and have the modified sweetheart cut to be made into a full sweetheart gown. Maria, the seamstress was amazing and kept tweaking any adjustments I requested before the wedding until it was absolutely perfect! I also bought my rehearsal gown from there, had the one shoulder dress made into a strapless, had it taken in, and had Maria apply sparkly applique to my sash. Both dresses were perfectly tailored to the way I wanted them, and so pleased with Maria's hard work. I received a million compliments on both dresses, on my veil, my bridesmaid dresses and promise...pictures to come! Kaira's, I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for me and for your contribution in making my wedding a stress free, flawless, and happy experience!
