  • I needed my battery replaced in my car and paid a Canadian Tire "professional" to do the job. While replacing the battery the "professional" took his time and I assumed that he was making sure it was done correctly. However the "professional" did not pay attention and managed to maneuver my windshield washer hose directly under the battery and as he tightened the battery hold down bolt he managed to pinch the windshield washer hose. It took 8 months for the hose to finally break and leak all over the engine. Now I'm stuck having to remove the battery so I can somehow splice the hose. All because I paid a so called "professional". I think they create more problems than they fix, "Job Creation" at Canadian Tire. I don't think they care about bad reviews and they certainly don't care about the quality of the work, I will never spend my money here again.
