  • I would just like to say if anyone goes to get service done to their car they should definitely ask for Mr. Shawn Bundy! I've taken my Audi in for service 3 times in the last 5 months and he has done everything that I have asked for and beyond. Everytime I need something done to my car, I just give Shawn a call and he says bring it down and will have a rental waiting on you. As far as labor and cost hes upfront about everything and gets me the best deal they can with a warranty. Hes super easy to talk to and keeps you informed on the process and time throughout the whole process. If the mechanics bring something to his attention that needs to be fixed he will notify you and tell you his recommendation. However he doesn't try and push anything on you. He has an understanding to where hes been there long enough to know that fixing an audi when it breaks isn't cheap, however he knows what needs to be done to your car and whats going to keep you safe. This is now the only shop that I take my car too because of the customer service that I receive from Shawn and the Audi Team.
