  • So I've been to this business now about 3 additional times since my initial review and I have to say the older gentleman that works there is very, very rude. I had a BRAND new men's shirt laundered my last visit (entirely b/c I didn't want to iron it) and it came back with a blood!?! stain on the cuff. I pointed this out to him and he very rudely brushed it off as our fault, even though I explained to him that it's brand new and I took the tags off in there business b/f sending it off to be cleaned. I won't be returning to this business which is a shame b/c it's the closest to my house and I dry clean quite often. I gave it 2 stars b/c the older lady that works there is nice but I seem to have to deal with the gentleman for my pick ups.
