| - Right Honda has gone down the crapper. Not what it used to be AT ALL. Long story, short, this is the 3rd family car I have purchased from Right Honda over the years. And it will be my last. I purchased 2 cars from Ray years ago. I came back this week to find that Ray moved out of state. Ray made me feel like a valued customer. Super nice man. No pressure, however, he did add a few extras to sweeten the deals, which I appreciated. On this visit I worked with Colin. For some reason Jeff had to come in and pressure me, while Colin just sat there. Jeff is like a typical "stereotypical used car salesman". The car I was interested in was used and was marked up $6000. above blue book. Jeff was intimidating, told him 3 times that he was "starring at me like I had 3 eyes". He never apologized or stopped. I was already traumatized as I was involved in a collision a few days earlier, in which my car was totaled by a driver going the wrong way. No one cared. It was all about an immediate sale at the highest price they could get away with. Talked to Brad a supervisor, who just gave me an "I'm sorry". Brad told me the general manager would call me but he never did.
The service waiting area used to be top notch. Nice snacks, bottled water. Not anymore. Popcorn, a water cooler, USA Today and FOX news (ugh). The prices of services have gone up. Also no one is in a rush to come out of their cubicle to write up your service report. I no longer took my car to Right Honda for those reasons.
