One of the busier EB Games in the area because it's in the mall it will get more foot traffic. I called ahead to place an item aside, the guy who answered the phone was quick and got my item and placed it aside immediately. Although I had to call several times because the phone was busy but I assume there are other people calling the store like I was. When I got there though I asked the employees behind the cash about my item and they were confused. Asking when I called and stuff. I told them I called this morning, gave them my name and even the item description. Took them a while to locate the item which wound up being on the ground next to them...(-sigh-)They clearly were the employee I spoke to on the phone. The item I placed on hold happened to be on sale which wasn't marked which was a bonus. Although there were like 8 price stickers stuck to the item when I brought it home showing all the mark downs on the item. Kinda sloppy but I don't blame them I used to do that when I worked retail was got lazy.
If you know what you need exactly call ahead and get them to put it aside. Save yourself some time. I would never have been able to find the item on my own. There's so much stuff in that store.
