  • This is just from today's visit. Bought a couple coffees one being a more complicated drink than the other and of course a long line up so didn't expect my drink right away but I did forget to ask for a cup of water which I did probably 4 customers later. I asked and the cashier (Mide I believe was her name) took my name and made an order for free tap water. Told me I had to wait in line for "tap water". No one was behind me to order so I wasn't sure why she couldn't just grab a cup and fill it with tap water. Guess it's not a big deal just wanted to express my visit to this Starbucks. I guess better customer service but then again Christian was very nice taking my first order.
