  • The doctors and nurses are very nice and helpful. I am very happy with their service and my children are not afraid to go to the doctor. My favorite is their ability to engage with my children and make their shots experience a piece of cake! Thank you Dr. Gonzales, you are the best! Now the Administrative staff member that is responsible for the check in, is the reason why this place does not have 5 stars. I had my children's records sent to the office, when I went to get them check ups, she had the copies in a drawer and had not put them in my children's folders. When she decided to do so, as I waited to see the doctor, she put both of their records in their folder. So when I went to take my other child to see them, they claimed to not have any shot records in her file. Really? I know both of my children went to the same doctors/hospitals, so knowing I faxed their records request the same day to the same places, I know they had her records. Well I made sure I stopped by there to verify this information and fortunately I was able to deal with the other staff member who usually handles the exit part of the visit. As she checked both my kids files, it was discovered that my other child's immunizations were filed in the siblings folder. Really? That is a careless mistake that could have been avoided, if the one who put the files together took more time in paying attention to her paperwork and less of her cell phone, eating breakfast, or holding a conversation with other staff while a patient is at the window. SMH!
