| - Never again. I have taken by pup here before and they gave her a great groom. I was really pleased. Hoping to be a regular, I dropped by Sunday to make an appointment for today. I was told to bring my dog in at 8:15, so I was there at 8:15. A groomer (not mine) and the "manager" were on site, and I was the only customer there (another one came in shortly after I arrived). We got started, and the "manager" was making comments "I see it's been a while since you were in..." and "oh, the groomer comes from a long way - she's usually here by now, but traffic was so bad this morning..." at this point the other customer interjected and started asking about where the "manager" lived. Then, the "manager" turned around and walked back to an office, leaving me standing there, without checking in my dog or offering to take her. She claims she asked me if I wanted to drop off my dog and/or be checked in, but she never did. She also claims they record everything and she can prove she offered to take my dog. If you are the owner, I would encourage you to pull the recording and look. What happened next was me just standing there for several minutes while the guy behind me was checked in, had an entire conversation about his dog, and left. I was still standing alone, with my dog, waiting for someone to talk to me about what she needed, etc. When I finally spoke up, the "manager" came back out of the office with an attitude I would never expect to see in anyone who is involved in customer service. She attempted to berate me and claimed to have video of the entire interaction (PLEASE WATCH IT!) I will never, EVER take my dog back to this place. It's too bad - the grooming staff seem AMAZING, but the attitudes and customer service are so bad, this place has no chance of long-term survival. Advice to owners - you have a great business model, and obviously talented groomers. Don't allow staff, who claim to be "very close" to you, to run your customers off because they are not willing to be nice or do their jobs.
