  • I went to them with a coupon for an oil change for $9.95. I got there and they pulled my car in and a moment later they came to me and asked when the last time I had an oil change. It had been less than 4,000 miles. They then proceeded to tell me that my care was TOTALLY out of oil and that they couldn't do an oil change. That I had several leaks. I then asked if they could fill it with oil and I would leave. (Even I know I can't drive a car with no oil in it.) They said they would and they charged me $13.76 for the 5 quarts of oil they put in. I then went to dinner and after that I checked my oil, thinking that driving it, and it had been out of oil, it might need me to add a quart. When I looked at the dipstick the oil was dirty. So tell me, if my car had been totally out of oil and they had filled it up for me, wouldn't the oil be clean???? I think they screwed me over and did nothing to my car and got paid for it. I would never take my car to them again and I would warn anybody that even thinks of going there.
