  • We're very motivated to put a pool/spa in our backyard. We contacted Poolscapes LLC. They sent a man to our home to meet with us and get measurements. He promised to show us a 3D presentation in his office a week later. He said he'd call us on Monday to go over the quote and he never called us back. How very unprofessional!! He never e-mailed us back either. I'd be very cautious of this business. If they can't call back to get business, what are they going to be like if you have a legitimate problem? I heard negative comments about this business and believe them all.
