  • DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a complete RIP OFF! They are also bad with communication. If you do decide to rent from them DO NOT expect your deposit back! They will charge you for every little thing such as $9 for a discolored light bulb or $25 for an old filter change! They will rack up charges until your deposit is used up and then will add on extra fees. This company is a SCAM! I was only in the property for 1 year and they increased my rent by $85!!
