  • This is for two people at Mark Kia. Juan in the finance/warranty department. I came in on Friday because I had some questions about my 2016 Kia Forte5. Juan remembered me and went and got my warranty info with no issue. This helped eased my worries and he helped explained them to me. Two thumbs up! Janice in the service department remembered me as well. She was amazing! I had a small tire leak and she went above and beyond the call of duty for a customer. With employees like this, that is the reason I come back to Mark Kia Scottsdale. If ever you need help, these are two great people to ask for. Keep up the fantastic work.
