  • I really do like this Petsmart. I have problems with mobility and a couple of times I mentioned how nice it would be if they got a scooter. I know that pets are a big part of the lives for folks like me. They got a scooter. I have been using it for awhile and it is marvelous. Because I cannot lift, when I go in, I ask someone to help me shop. They quickly get staff to assist and they always offer to take my heavy items to my SUV. When I have questions about an item or product, if the associate does not know the answer, they will find someone who knows rather than give an off the cuff answer. I have no idea about the vet or grooming areas. The groomers always seem busy when I am there.
