  • It's unbelievably hard to book an appointment at this office and impossible to book with one with Dr. Monroe (he is my primary). The front staff can have their good days but they give off this weird 'I hate my job' kind of vibes most of the time. The wait can be anywhere from 15 mins to almost an hour :/ but once in, they are amazingly quick to get you out. I sometimes wonder if this is a good thing. I'm usually pushed to see Jermey. He is quite sociable and easy going but unfortunately you gotta be diligent in making sure he documents your visit correctly... I recently had a mix up when I last saw him; he wrote in my visit summary that I had my blood drawn for several tests even though it NEVER happened, I was only aware of the mix up the following day when I received a call from his staff asking if they took blood tests from me because they could not find my samples. Smh
