This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Great idea. Poorly executed.
Raising their prices again in Sep. 2018 to $25 which is a whopping 25% increase.
But here's the deal. First off, the wait times are horrendous. Several times I have waited 2 hours or more. People are routinely signing in, then leaving and coming back when they think it's close to their turn in line. After being in business this long, you'd think they would have figured out by now how to better handle things up front. Anything more than a 20-minute wait is unacceptable.
But the real problem here is the constantly rotating staff of barbers. You never know who will be there one day to the next, so when you find a barber you like, it's super frustrating that he (or she) is not there on your next trip. Only the owner (Rob) and maybe one more barber is still there from when the shop opened. Turnover is very high, even for a barber shop.
And the quality of cuts from barber to barber varies tremendously. You should always expect the same quality of cut, regardless of the barber.
Doubt I will keep going to this place. Got better ways to waste my time than sitting up front watching reruns of Perry Mason while waiting to pay $30 (w/ tip) for a substandard cut.
