I wanted to truly like my experience. My glasses broke and I work a mostly dats entry job. I needed to fix my situation quickly but also on a budget. America's Best was overwhelmingly recommended so I sucked up the 10 day wait since they had great deals.
When I got through my appointment, I learned they DID allow walk ins. I had called and was told they didn't accept them, which resulted in a 10 day Wait.
I was told my glasses would be available by a certain date, a week and a day later. I called multiple times and was told they weren't there and I didn't need to call, they would call me. It didn't sit well and today, 7 days after it was said to arrive and 14 days post appointment, the receptionist learns they just "forgot to scan them in" so I wasn't called.
Not even a sorry. I am far sighted and sufffer from severe migraines so I've been a month without glasses. I even tried to see if I could pay a rush fee. So to learn they just "forgot" to check them in and never bothered to check upsets me.
The appointment went fine and everyone was amazing and kind. I will say, for the crowd, I received great service for the physical appointment. I expected a wait since it is such a busy location.
I do plan to go again next year because my in person visit was great. That's the only reason they aren't getting a 1. I truly hope next year I can change this review to be better and also, my expectations will be lower.
