  • Wow. Prices are obnoxious ($7/sq ft for tile, everywhere else is around $2/sq ft). But more importantly, the customer service is non-existent. Bob was "helping" us. Came to the house to measure and give us an estimate, but refused to give us an estimate until we came into the store to pick out tile. When we got to the store a few days later, he sat on his ass the entire time without being of any assistance whatsoever. We had to bring him the samples ourselves. He couldn't even get up out of his chair to look at the name of the tile to plug it into his computer. What a waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs.
