  • Wanted to give a shoutout to Enrique, the Service Manager in Pineville, NC. I had a problem with the company that actually provides the funding for the Carmax extended service warranty. My car was over at Mercedes Benz being repaired under extended warranty, and the warranty issuer was not being cooperative in authorizing the needed repairs. Not sure what Enrique did, but he pulled some Carmax magic and muscle, and suddenly all repairs were authorized and my stress went away. Great job, and thank you! p.s. and the extended warranty is a must have, very good value ! update: still having issues with the ext. warranty from TWG (Maxcare) so I have to remove a star...
