  • Seriously, this location is as good as it gets. The staff is as friendly as you could expect at MVD. They are quick! I mean FAST!! The lines move well here if you go on a Tues, Wed, or Thurs (Mon & Fri are the busiest). You may not like their answers to MVD questions since the bureaucratic monster that is our government is not efficient (or "fair"). However, these ladies and gentlemen seem to do their best. NOTE: I do not work for the state, MVD, or a union. I'm just a consumer too. Nice work AZ MVD in Mesa. Thanks.
