  • I had a pretty good experience with this company for a washer repair. The scheduling was quick and the service was on time. The washer is working very well now. At times, they seemed unorganized. In two visits, I had four separate conversations about my complex's gate code. During my initial call, I was assured that they could service my model of washer yet, when the technician showed up, he claimed he'd never even heard of it. It turned out not to be a problem, but it doesn't really give you much confidence. And the technician left a couple difficult to remove marks on my floor. But, they seem honest and the price I paid matches up to what I was quoted from other sources. I'd call them again if I needed to.
