Inattentive customer service and food that probably gave me minor food poisoining. First of all, I ordered it through Yelp an they were 30 minutes late. They weren't exactly busy that day. I asked when it would be ready and they said a few minutes. That wasn't the case. The women who was preoccupied with a new employee never finish tending to me. When I finally got my food, which she just handed to me, she then said, "Do you need...?" and just continued with that employee. During that time she told me he was new and obviously the priority. I could care a less. I asked her what was she asking me earlier and that she didn't finish. She said oh do you need forks or spoons then got right back to the employee. I was pissed. I then said isn't your customer a priority and thanking them rather than just handing them a bag and ignoring them. She didn't say anything. I said I hope you train your employees right an not the way you are treating customers. The new employee thanked me. I feel sorry for him. Later when I ate the food, I got bad stomach pains. I tried not to assume it was the food. However, I tried it again the next day, and the same thing happened shortly afterwards. I tossed the disgusting stuff out after that. I won't be back and probably will try avoiding the places in Chinatown. Their customer service is lacking and the restaurants there are constantly being cited for being unclean.
