A much needed addition to Fremont Street area. It's really great to see more and more options for live music and entertainment cropping up around downtown Las Vegas. Despite being open for over a year, the Events Center still has a few kinks to work out.
While I had the opportunity to be in the VIP area for The Fray and Train concerts on the weekend of November 6 and 7, I tried out the seats in GA and they were crammed together, uncomfortable and very small. Surprised the VIP area didn't have heaters considering it was about 48 degrees outside and windy. Brrr. The drinks are on the high side $10-20 but what do you expect, you're at a concert in Vegas. Also, they need more options than just snack food and hot dog stands. How about some tasty food trucks. Now that's an idea!
Anyways, looking forward to checking out more concerts at this newer venue.
