  • I am an avid fan of T-Mobile Tuesdays but yesterday, I almost forgot to claim their giveaways because of my hectic schedule. Anyway, I tried to redeem the apron last night but the store near my house closes at 9:00 PM and it was already a few minutes past their closing time. I called them up today to check if I could still redeem the T-Mobile apron. A sweet charming voice answered. Although the offer was already over, she told me there is one left and will gladly save it for me. She is so nice and very accommodating. A true role model of a great customer service. She is definitely a keeper. By the way, if you happen to go to that Downtown Summerlin store, that angel's name is KELI. :-)
