I had a rock hit my windshield and after a couple of days a crack appeared. I needed an oil change and thought I could have my windshield replaced at the dealers. Making my appointment I was told the dealership does not do windshield replacement. Getting my oil change, my advisor told me she has a company she uses and if I had spoken to her, she would have had them come out to replace the windshield during my oil service appt. She gave me the name of Sonoran Auto Glass to call. She said she uses them all the time for her clients and her personal use. I called them and the girl I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgable. She contacted my insurance, while I was online with her and we got everything set up. I was not sure if my windshield was heated. So she called the dealer with my VIN number to find out exactly what I needed. She called me back to let me know not only was my windshield heated, but it also had a condensation sensor. She ordered the windshield and set up the appt. The installer came as scheduled. When he was getting ready for the install, he notice the replacement windshield did not have the sensor as my cracked one had. He notified me and was very apologetic that the wrong windshield was delivered. He checked and the paperwork had the sensor noted. He called the office and they reorder the windshield from the dealer. I was called within a couple of hours, saying the new windshield would be in the next day. We set a new appointment time. A different installer came, but he was just as nice and friendly as the first installer. This was the correct windshield with the sensor. The install went smoothly. I am very happy with the work and the service. I will use them again and again for any windshield problems....
