I was told by FedEx in several ways that I could just have a package sent directly to any FedEx shipping center and they would hold it for pick up for me. I asked a woman at the Kyrene Fedex what the main hub for FedEx in Tempe was and she told me this location. While she was wrong about that, I know FedEx will hold packages because I've had them do it before.
This FedEx location just refused my package. Now it's being sent back to shipper and I had products in there that were part of my business that I am now without which eats into my profits. I can't even call them since this phone number listed on google and yelp is for their main customer service line and not even for the store itself.
I literally cannot find a single way to get FedEx to get my shipment right. When I ask for it not to be delivered to my door, it's delivered to my door. I ask for it to be kept at a fedex location, they won't even accept the package AND send it back to shipper. I wish my employer didn't use them because I will never personally use them again.
