| - I know, I know, most post offices stink. They mostly stink for typical reasons; inconvenient hours, bad service, not enough service, etc. Now before you call me crazy, I am writing this based off my most recent trip to US Postal Office in Crafton.
I have been to many post offices over the past 8 months or so because I sell on eBay. So usually whatever office I'm closest to, I'll go there. But living in Crafton, our local office is only a minute down the road.
Today the young lady who assisted me was named Tay. Usually the workers at various offices can be uninterested in helping customers or assisting them in any way. However, Tay made sure that I was shipping my package correctly, I had the right box, and was even kind enough to let me use tape and scissors from behind the counter. One of the few times I have been to an office and a worker actually answered my questions and offered suggestions. A total rarity.
Good experiences can happen at typically bad places.
