  • Reading the whole thing outlines the good for me, and disaster for my friend. My husband and I bought a car here in April 2016 and I still love it. It's a CPO 2014 Nissan Sentra. When we came in we met with Ray, who was very nice and not trying to hard sale (which I appreciate). My credit is actually not too shabby for being under 20 years old, so we ended up with a good interest rate and a monthly payment we could afford. The finance guy (Rob) was also very nice and friendly. I was a little distraught when we were driving at night a couple nights after getting it and the dash lights started flickering. Odd. Took it to the service department and they couldn't figure it out and it hasn't happened again. As long as it doesn't happen again, fine by me! Update on this after having for 6 months: it seems the computer is kinda iffy sometimes cus once in awhile lights will flicker or it'll give us a warning about tire pressure with the tires are fine. All issues go away after the car is restarted but still a pain. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because I referred my friend here (an extra $150 that I haven't heard about and probably won't get now) and now she's got pretty screwed. Her credit isn't as good as mine, so her interest rate is a lot higher. They called her recently and told her "hey, the banks didn't approve it-- we need an extra $3,000 on top of the $1,500 you put down" LOL what? It's a 2012 Nissan Versa, why do you need a third of the vehicle put down? She told me all of what happened (after her "owning" it and driving for 3 weeks and needing to get it registered next week) and I was stunned. Like everyone was amazing when it came to me, how did it just completely flip when it came to her? I appreciate how nice everyone was to me-- but maybe it should be passed on to allllllll customers, not just ones with nice credit (and didn't have a big of a down payment as she did anyways). I'll also be advising her legally because I just happen to have metro family and know laws very well
