rev:text	Deliciousness - 3/5 Happiness - 1/5 It is so disappointing how bad this place is as I love teppanyaki cooking and the show that goes with it. And the food here is just fine. The fried rice is tasty and not greasy. The meats were cooked to perfection, though I could have used a bit more flavoring. And the price is reasonable enough ($30-50 for the teppanyaki options). But the show was lacking for sure. The cook simply refused to interact with the table, not even answering questions. I am partially paying a premium for the show, and there just wasn't a show to be had. A few flips of cutlery at the beginning and then he had his eyes glued to the grill after that. It also took about 30 minutes from ordering for the cooking to begin, that's a long time to wait. And then, the payment was a mess. We were a party of four. One of us paid $40, one of us paid $50, and the other two paid over $150.00. Why? We have no idea. The restaurant failed to give a detailed receipt of what could have led to such disparity in the bills, let alone two bills over $150.00. We then discovered that they ran our cards multiple times for differing amounts. And we received no apologies, no explanation, and just brusque answers to why they kept taking our cards. I remain convinced that they charged the entire table to the four of us, even though we were not there with the others dining at the table. When I asked to speak to a manager, they just gave me the restaurant's phone number and said to call back later. I'd recommend going to a happier place for the experience than Kyoto.
