  • I moved to Scottsdale from Washington state, and as we all know, moving is a stressful process, especially when doing it alone. The Standard went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I had several large boxes/furniture delivered prior to my arrival, and the office graciously agreed to place all packages in my unit for me (big thank you to Heather and Marquise!) It made things so much easier for me to have everything already waiting once I arrived. The apartments are beautiful, very clean, very nice finishes, great walk in closet and huge bathroom considering the square footage. The building overall I have found to be very quiet, even though I am facing the grill area. The pool, hot tub and fitness center are all super nice! They even have fitness classes and happy hour offered! The location of the building is beyond compare for the price--just a couple blocks from Old Town, Fashion Square and the Waterfront. I seriously could not have asked for a better apartment, or better experience.
