I hate to leave reviews like this but, I am extremely DISSATISFIED !!!!! I have been here at least 12 times in the last month and a half because it is really the most convenient breakfast spot on the way to work. I called corporate because I had had a horrible experience several times and was over it. They called me back the same day and had the manager of the store call me. She was apologetic and even comped my next order, she even made it herself. So decided to go back today after a couple weeks and the same exact thing happened that always happens.
First, they let my order sit on the counter while I am sitting at the window for at least 5 minutes. There were 3 times where I placed the exact same order but the total was different every time!! This has happened several times!! Today ( 2/9/16)the line was to the door as well as the drive thru line, and they had the manager in the back moving things around with another gentleman, one girl could counting chips and other packets in the sitting area. Im sorry but that is horrible customer service! There are 4 registers and only 2 were open. This is the WORST customer service is have ever had!
