  • Worst crooked sales team. Going Sunday to try and redeem what they stole. Chris the salesman completely alter the wording several times to convince me to purchase over $800 in service. The package deal through DirecTV and century link with all four phones for my family. He said the total altogether meaning everything with TV and Internet would be around $390. Well that's a joke because after I left he charge my card which he said he would and it was only for records and charge me through Century link and DirecTV took $120 for stupid screen protectors and other items and then build me for $390. Then a week later I get two more bills from Century Link Bill Pay and DirecTV. Ridiculous. He never ever told me that. Was never specific after I asked him several times the total amount. He basically lied and as I went in the first time to talk to someone about it they defended him of course. Going back Sunday to try and talk to manager. I have two fees bounced in my bank for overdraft of $35 each.I love Apple products and I was pleased with AT&T with one phone but the package deal scammed me completely. After I get out of this ridiculous two-year contract I will never go back to AT&T again if nothing is made right.
