  • Wow, the staff at this apartment are a real piece of work... My friend and I started our apartment search process 3 weeks ago and narrowed down to 3 properties. Marquis being one of them for their B5 layout which we were told would be available after Labor Day. We follow up that week to schedule a viewing and are told "It needs the carpet replaced and painted and that we can view it by the weekend." We attempt to call to get a status and cannot get ahead of anyone. This week we finally talk with one of the ladies and she says that the facilities team has yet to even schedule the replacement. She takes my information AGAIN and says she'll be in touch once she has more information. We decided to call Saturday afternoon and get in touch with someone. Come to find out the apartment has already been rented in a matter of 3 days... NO call no nothing from any of the folks we contacted!!! Moral of the story these guys are not very professional and gave us the run around the past 3 weeks. Thanks for the easy process of elimination, renters beware...
