Had a great experience here, ate at the bar. They have a wonderful little Lounge area that is not intimidating, or too small, or too loud. It's a great place to get a little nosh before a show, or try pieces of the menu without making a reservation.
I tried to make a reservation on a busy Saturday night, and was turned down at every point. I took my chances and met the hostess at the front she graciously got us a table in the bar area. We split a bottle of Joseph Phelps cab that i picked out of a great wine list. We split the wagyu beef carpaccio, and the fois. Both were delicious, but the Carpaccio was by far the shining star.
The service was excellent, the staff is friendly, and I would recommend to anyone visiting Las Vegas, or any local who is looking for a fun night out.
