  • Too bad I can't give 0 stars!!! HORRIBLE customer service!!! Not surprised at all with the other bad reviews! I previously frequented this business to mail items a couple times a month but will never return! I walked in and asked to track a package, the female behind the counter handed me a form and threw a pen at me and said fill it out. I picked up the form and the pen and moved to the right of her out of the way and she yelled "back" not understanding her I asked pardon me? She yelled again and said use the back counter!!!! I politely refused to comply with her request and tossed the pen back at her and said you are extremely rude and I will take my business elsewhere. This is unfortunately not the first run in with her, she is extremely rude and lacks any customer service skills.
