  • I really like gong cha but it's very disappointing to go to a bubble tea shop, especially one that just opened, and constantly be told there's no more tapioca. I have been to this location about ten times and on at least four occasions they ran out of tapioca. If it was a food joint that sells bbt it would be understandable but this is purely a bubble tea joint. Tapioca is one of the main ingredients. As another reviewer pointed out, this doesn't occur only at the end of the night. I recently moved farther away and would rather drive another distance to a place that is consistent than risk making the trip here if they keep this up.
