  • The worst customer service there is. They have a nasty attitude and lie. My cap was not out on my product correctly so it leaked out until empty before I even got home to use it. I took it back in the am to trade it in because it was obviously done there at the store and he said oh well that's not my problem it's yours. Instead of saying oh ma'am I apologize. I didn't want my money back I just wanted the product I which I purchased. And he again told me that it was my fault not his fault. Horrible service. Don't go here it's another beauty supply store 2 mins away with a better attitude.
