  • I took my car into The Auto Shop today to have some work done on the air conditioning system. They were recommended by Tom at Catskill Automotive. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. My car was taken in right away and the work done reasonably quick. There was no pressure to have any other work done and the explanation of what was being done was explained in understandable terms. While I was there I witnessed very courteous service being given to another customer. The shop looked organized and clean, as did all the mechanics. And most importantly, the price was good. I did not give 5 stars just yet because this was my first visit. I plan on bringing in my wife's car to get some work done and I will see if the service I receive then is consistent with my experience today. After a few more visits and more good work I may finally feel like I have a reliable mechanic for my automotive repair needs, and then the 5 stars will be awarded.
