I wondered through the giant store and didn't find what I was looking for on the shelf. There were no salespeople around. The whole place seemed like a ghost town. I found an employee who was helping someone else but I asked him to send me help in my department, and he said he would. I don't know if he did or not, but no one came. I had to leave so I went to pay for my other item and I have $50 in rewards vouchers but she said I could only use $5. Just an overall miserable experience with crappy customer service (or lack thereof). Guess I'll buy what I need from Amazon. See ya later BestBuy. You'll be joining Toys R Us real soon.
