| - Came here on a Saturday afternoon, and had to wait about an hour for a party of 6. I am told the wait is usually much less than this, but there typically is always a wait on the weekends. It was 110F outside, and the staff provided cups and pitchers of ice water for everyone waiting, which I thought was a very nice gesture.
For food we had the pho, oxtail fries, which were delicious! Good for sharing. We also had the fish sauce glazed wings to share as well. It was very heavy on the fish sauce, which is great if you like it, terrible if not. The batter is very crunchy, really enjoyed these. The pho was also very good, generous portions of meat (ribeye). Overall, the food was very good, service was friendly. Prices are on the high side for pho, and for off strip, but they've definitely got the demand to maintain it, so why not? Overall, this place was good, but it didn't blow my socks off. I would probably come here again if someone suggested it, and I didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes. Otherwise, I think Vegas has plenty of other great food options for the price.
