  • My son dropped my wife's laptop. The screen was half black. I prepaid for the repair and after installing the new screen it still didn't work. Laptop Expert kept the laptop for 5 additional days to fix the problem at no additional charge. They didn't call to give updates but when I called they were friendly and quoted accurate additional time needed. Would highly recommend.
