I was initially overcharged by Monica. I went in to get a refund. Instead of refunding me for being overcharged. She said I missed two appointments and I was charged $50 per missed appointment with the money I was initially overcharged with.
At first I thought I only had one appointment, right? $50 fee would've been fine, but $100. Why would someone schedule me for two appointments in one day?
Anyway, instead of meeting me halfway...she said no I'm not getting my money back. I never wanted to look for another dentist. But Monica led me to which is unfortunate. Horrible customer service. I was refunded about $32 I was literally laughing at this dentist office at this point. She cared more about the $100 then keeping a returning client happy.
Also, when I asked for a copy of my receipt, Monica snatched the papers from my hand to make a copy.
If I wasn't initially overcharged, or even met halfway with at least a refund of $50 or more, they would've still had my business. I have great insurance and paid upfront. Their loss.
