What can I say, other than the sales people were extraordinarily helpful. We found the laminate we really wanted that we couldn't find anywhere else. It was truly a dream come true. Good prices. Good salesmen. And then we did an air quality test. Now, don't get me wrong, I like formaldehyde to out gas in my house, especially in the nursery, but these numbers were waaaay too high. Amazingly, when I called up those super salespeople to see if I, in fact, might have toxic flooring which they sold me... the good-natured-ness evaporated. "Talk to corporate" Click. Corporate seems to be bobbing and weaving as well. Hmmm. Was this all too good to be true? I believe I'll let my lawyer seek out the answer.
