  • Used to be an excellent company. Bought out by Rentokil in 2012. Prices consistently went up. Started out 34.00 for a once a month service. Now they charge 73.00 for a service once every 2 months. My Tech spent 8 minutes on my property and used a half gallon of product for 73.00. Really? If you go online you can buy the product they are currently using for @36 to 38 dollars for an 8 oz bottle which would make at the higher rate 10 gallons of spray. In my case I could spray my yard 20 times which if I did bi monthly applications would last over 3 years for 38.00. If Western treated my property it would cost me 1,314.00 for 3 years. You can do the math corporate greed at its finest.
